What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

A web-based solution for multiple projects management and tracking on a single platform. It is a simple and easy to use software and clean interface. It provides organization to the projects and helps the team members to collaborate for better productivity, time and speed efficiency. It has a simple layout and is accessible over multiple devices. Its dashboard has customized option that can be altered according to what best fits the teams’ requirements. All types of tags, colors, shapes and icons are available.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a simple and basic tool for task management. It can archive the tasks and make them readily available when needed. It is purely online and supports cross-platforms thus making it useable on any type of environment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Trello is just limited to Kandan boards and does not provide any other alternative view. It does not provide the capability to add calendar support. It is limited to shorter descriptions and does not allow detailing of the tasks. It requires a lot of manual setup and has clunky integrations which are often confusing. It does not have facility to collaborate with other task management systems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It provides capability to keep track of what is being done, what is in progress and what is still pending that needs your attention.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Trello is so easy to use, a great visual of your work, and so easy to move cards around and even share to other boards.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that you can add things easily to your boards from websites on mobile devices. Saves so much time. So easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited picture graphic to match narrative that you type for your boards. Just easier to upload your own than using the ones in there. When you need to add a person to more than one board you get charged the cost for the entire year (remainder of the year based on your subscription) instead of just having them as a multi-board user for like a single month.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Trello is a great tool especially if you are a visual person and you like lists. You can keep your project, resources, articles, etc very organized in one place that is easy to find when you need them. Easy to share with team members to keep everyone on the same page.

It's a simple yet powerful tool. It's visualization of tasks and timelines with cards is perfect for keeping on track.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The visualization of tasks as cards, drag and drop to update statuses, and easy collaboration with others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Certain integrations require a paid account which isn't too expensive, but did put a slight sour task in my mouth. Nothing too bad, but still was a bit annoying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it out. See if the Kanban style of task/project management if right for you and your team. It's extremely powerful with a few add-ons and integrations.
