What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Works like I worked with sticky notes, but has the ability to coordinate with team members and on multiple devices.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Love the simplicity of drag and drop with sticky notes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For such a visual product, there is a lack of color customization on labels. It lacks the ability to view multiple views for projects without setting up complicated mirror cards. I needed the ability to view tasks as a project and in a Kanban style.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It works amazing for most projects but gets complicated too quickly with complex project management.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Trello is unique because it is easy to use, and anyone can start using it right away even without training. There are not many software that are so easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Trello because it is very flexible. You can add or remove participants from the workforce depending on the projects you want to handle. My team can access the tasks, write a comment, and upload files on the Trello card. I also like the notifications sent to my email whenever someone completes a task or leaves a comment. Therefore, Trello makes it easy to follow what is happening in the workplace.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I dislike about Trello is that you cannot customize it with your company logo or corporate colors. Therefore, the workplaces looks more or less the same.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Trello is a great platform for tasks that require participation of different team members. However, you need to ensure everyone understands the workflow and moves Trello cards to the right locations.
