great for workshop prep

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

trello organizes training sessions better than google forms, with boards that tie tasks to agendas. it’s my checklist for smooth workshops.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

i can create lists for “prep,” “day-of,” and “follow-up,” assigning tasks like “print handouts.” the file attachments store slide decks on cards. the comment threads let facilitators plan without emails.

What do you dislike most about this product?

no built-in timer for session pacing, so i track time externally.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

for workshop planning, trello’s boards ensure nothing’s missed.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Robust resource planning customizable and scalable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate how easy it is to use and how my settings never change. Despite having no prior familiarity with this type of program, I picked it up fairly quickly. A tool that aids in project management is called Easy Projects

What do you dislike most about this product?

While it is affordable and easy to use, the UI looks out of place and needs improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

User and price friendly.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Trello allows you to stay ontop of deadlines as well as track statuses on projects. It's a great way to stay collaborative on projects and very effective on keeping users informed.

Can automate manual tasks so easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Little complex funtions sometimes.
