Drag and drop from to-do to done is really easy, and i love the calendar option to set up the content calendar

pretty bad visualization of pictures and graphic when you upload in a single task

select the perfect power up, the add-ons are the real killer-feat of the platform

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

The task management of the computer is easy! The user interface is relatively simple, so it's great that I can operate it intuitively. I feel that even those who are a bit older can use it relatively well. The card-type task is effortless to view, and the current job can be captured at a glance. In addition, I think it is a very easy-to-use service that allows you to tag and record checklists for each card, attachments, dates, and alerts. Move tasks are intuitive and very easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With several projects going on simultaneously, I was looking for a tool that would allow everyone to share tasks and progress quickly, which is very useful. It is convenient because it is not difficult to operate, and even beginners can use it intuitively. We used to use Excel to manage tasks in our department, but the environment for recording assignments and tracking progress was limited. However, using this service independently of the environment makes it very easy to check progress during meetings, especially since there are no jumps in progress.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As for the application, I think it would be better if a feature were added that would encourage the person in charge to enter progress when they want to check the progress of the task by linking to email addresses and chat tools.

You can also set the person in charge and the deadline for the task to avoid omissions. The extent of your job may be swiftly determined with the use of checklists that have been integrated into your tasks and activities. Having the ability to rapidly put together a board containing your thoughts and include your coworkers boosts morale. Don't stress out when you take on more content and project management responsibilities. It's quite good at finding things in databases.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's possible that the maximum allowed file size for an attachment will prevent this from happening. When many jobs including lengthy paragraphs are posted on the same board, it might be challenging to read everything. This is why it's important to craft a descriptive title and summary.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Trello is well suited for helping you visually organize your tasks and projects and to easily assign projects to others in your organization. It really excels in being able to track things on each card and see where you are in the progress and where others are on their project. It may not be appropriate for roles where there is no creativity involved.
