Competitors do it better nowadays

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?
Unfortunately, other companies started to compete on a high level with Trello, especially when it comes to accommodating Scrum ceremonies and routines. I am glad we switched to Shortcut for that, it has a much more breath of features to manage a scrum team than Trello, which looks way more general in comparison.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is quite intuitive for his basic and clean design - if there is no need to go very granular into task managing, Trello still does a good job.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It feels like it didn't evolve much over the years. Mobile version of the software is difficult,
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Trello is still a great product for task management, If you wish to have a basic tool, this is your way to go. If your team is implementing scrum at a higher level, prefer other tools like Shortcut.

Best tool for managing projects and tasks

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?
Trello stands out for its lower subscription fees and its ability to manage tasks and small projects efficiently.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like Trello because it makes it easy to share files (including photos and videos) with team members. It lets you comment on a card to keep workers informed. With this project management tool, it's possible to keep track of to-do lists. Users can also define colored labels according to priority. and can batch-process cards in a list. What's more, this application simplifies the insertion of new cards; it's absolutely unlimited.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although Trello is a good tool, it is less suited to managing large projects and storing large files.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're planning to manage a simple project transparently and efficiently, Trello is the best tool you can use. To get the most out of this software, it's a good idea to consider the scope of your project.
