What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

The ease of implementation stood out for me. Minimal training was required. The users that are in the platform now are all self taught!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The drag and drop capabilities have been a game changer for us when it comes to managing multi-step processes and procedures. Feels like we've been able to really tighten up our processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Clicking into the cards is very disappointing. There is minimal real estate for entries, and things like images, links, notes, etc. get lost or buried. I think Trello could really make this area so much more effective with a few small UI changes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't waste your money on pricey project management software. Trello is affordable, easy to use, and requires minimal training to get up and running. Highly recommend!
