The best way to implement Kanban boards for PM!

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

It's very intuitive and easy to integrate with other business tools like Google Workplace, Dropbox, and MS Office. It enables collaboration and task management smoothly during projects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's very intuitive and helpful to implement Kanban boards. It has helped me in the past to develop an agile mindset with different clients as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It doesn't stop users from making silly mistakes. Although it's great for collaboration, it could offer a certain degree of control.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't put the cart before the horses. Trello is a great way to implement Kanban boards and agile project management, but won't replace sound training in Agile Frameworks and the appropriate mindset.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Performance Enhancing

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

It's a great task management system that uses the kanban approach, that's very unique and I believe they were the first to implement this method.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The way I can easily see everything on one screen and how easy I can move one task or project to another.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it can be overwhelming once you enter into the cards.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take your time to learn and read about the kanban method before switching to Trello, if you're used to other project management systems, this might not be for you.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

With Trello I can organize practically everything, from personal tasks to professional group projects in a very practical and efficient way. You can work seamlessly both on the web and the app, PC/Smartphone. Easy to use. It has a system of notifications that can also be received by email about any changes in the boards, having more control. You can configure the visibility and privacy of the boards.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Trello has improved the teamwork routine through a simple but useful system of pending, in progress and finished tasks, which we carry out as a group with priorities, labeling, deadlines, notifications, among other functions. Trello is also striking for the famous power ups, which take projects to another level, allowing integrations with other software and other advantages, I love them. And regarding its UI, it is quite good, it is customizable and you can highlight tasks and organize your workspace in the best visual way, it also has a fast and accurate search engine.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't dislike Trello at all and I haven't had any problems, I've used it correctly. Trello offers neither less nor more than what it promises.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to change your project manager or will try using one for the first time, Trello is an excellent place to start. Its simplicity and outstanding features make order and transparency lead in group work, it has a pretty good free version, however for more demanding activities you need the paid version, which is not very expensive.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Continually Improving Product
