What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

They were the first to introduce kanban style cards for project management, which is something I value greatly. Innovation matters to me.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity of being able to add cards whenever I need, and to be able to manipulate those cards (and their content) with a simple drag and drop interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact you can add gaudy backdrops to your boards! But of course, you don't have to, you can leave them blank or add a picture of your family :)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it. It's one of those few products where you don't need a manual. I've been using Trello for over a decade without any problems.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Trello is a product that is proving to be disruptive. It has become something extremely critical in my personal life as well as my professional life. We use it for task management and collaboration. It saves a lot of time which is gone in explaining and documenting tasks and assigning them. The whole life cycle is managed seamlessly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best thing about Trello is its flexibility and customizability. You can customise your lists, and you can mould them to however you want to be. I love how we can use the custom fields which we may want to track. There are some chrome extensions that may be used with the browser version of Trello to track estimated points, consumed points, or to extract reporting data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So, there is no proper reporting system inbuilt. You get way too many notifications, cannot personalise it.. The app takes time to load, it's not quick enough to open, add a task, I prefer the windows app/browser.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, absolutely. Free version is also available which will help you get familiar with the tool. The learning curve is shallow. You can start using it within a day.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

I am so much happier with Trello and in my opinion, it is much more user friendly. e have also found it very easy to collaborate with other small businesses outside our organization who also use Trello. It's user interface is straightforward to use and It takes like 5-10 mins to get familiar with it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration is also good, most apps I use like Slack, Basecamp, and Dropbox work well. Whether that will be the case for you will depend on what apps you use regularly and It really takes the admin work out of our daily process so that we can focus on what matters most.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not yet faced any big issue while using but at improvement it seems to be missing has the Gmail thread as part of Trello instead of having to pay for a third-party add-on, rest I am okay and good with it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will highly recommend this to use as project management tool and sure this will help in managing all.
