What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

It's simple to use. Relatively easy to setup and not too complex to use. It may be limiting for complex use cases but does it for most of them.

Doesn't have enough baked into the application. It'd be nice to have docs, calendars to make it viable for all other aspects of our business.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a go. Would do for you and your company. If you're looking for a simple setup it's a decent solution with quite a few integrations to other solutions.

there is nothing i dislike, but would expect some improvement on reporting features.

If you an Agile Project Manager, ScrumMaster, you must have this tool to digitize your works and reduce you workload.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Trello is one of the most flexible App platforms Its totally customizable but also usable the minute you log in.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Completely flexible and adaptable for any organization or project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does "crash" or stop responding with some regularity. It only lasts for a few minutes at a time but it is far from bulletproof.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jump in and try it. They had a pretty liberal free trial program when I first tried it in 2016.
