What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

We utilize one dashboard each vertical to track broad information about that business sector, and then we use other dashboards to track where we are in the sales funnel for every individual project. I use Trello to keep track of tasks on projects that I work on with my colleagues, It has aided me in keeping track of my job progress. It has also aided in the identification of task-specific communication.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This is an excellent project management tool if you have a small team and a modest project. It's quite simple to keep track of chores and project progress. Moving between lists is simple, and even inexperienced users can be up and running in no time. I appreciate how intuitive things feel once you get the hang of them, and how simple it is to construct boards, add cards, move cards, and so on. This is an excellent method for organizing lists and creating project overviews to get a fast overview of where things stand. I really like how configurable it is, as well as the drag and drop tool and the "email on board" option.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As the team size grows, the board becomes wider and more difficult to scroll. It will be tough to keep track of personal work when the team size grows. Personal views are likewise not available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are so many awesome features; be sure to inform your users of them so that everyone may take full use of the tool and have the best possible experience. If you have a small project and a small crew, I suggest utilizing Trello. It can be set up and operational in a matter of minutes. You may quickly make tasks for your team members, assign them to them, and monitor their progress. Additionally, you may stay in contact with a certain employment, which is beneficial while you're looking for several positions.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Trello is a good product for task and project management. You can use a template from the library. It is easy to share your trello board with someone outside of your organization. We use it with our LMS, 360L to track our support request and enhancement requests.

It is really easy to use and we can comment each deck and add so many criteria (priority, tasks, status...)

What do you dislike most about this product?

They could extend their features. Today we can find a similar tool that offers so much more than just board for project and task management.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a basic and easy to use project/task management it's a good idea to buy Trello. If you are looking for a more global collaboration tool, you must look for another tool.
