The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates TrakSYS from other similar products?
Flexibility and versatility to easily combine key capabilities to solve the unique use cases
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The full MOM domain coverage and ability to take manufacturing into a new era by simplifying our processes. Also the ability to adapt to our specific reality, and not need to rebuild what is already working well for us but instead easily integrate to and bring existing solutions to next levels.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The experience of implementation partners. Being a partner should also mean that you can actually implement the system successfully, not only that you have sales targets together. The lack of transparency of what is available standard features and content and visual pages. Implementations could be faster if this could have a better overview. The development loops with configuration directly in the system has both pros and cons. Would like easier ways to check in and out code. I understand this is fully possible but the experience is that this requires some work on the client side that was not expected.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Team up with a really skilled partner. Do a proper fact finding with persons with deep knowledge in the system to properly map what key attributes are needed to drive the functionalities you need.
