What differentiates Torii from other similar products?

Torii is simple to use, simple to integrate and works perfect.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The options that the tool offers to create workflows and their support are great, and they take any opportunity to improve the product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The License detection, is not accurate and the applications list that can be integrated are still short

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an expensive tool, but if you are worried about the tools your company is using,t this is the solution, Torii works as an IT tool, Security tool and procurement tool

What differentiates Torii from other similar products?

Browser extension is really good at finding shadow IT. Its very easy to set up and get under way

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use, implementation. Automations have made improvements

What do you dislike most about this product?

They tend to pump out features before they are fully baked and then stop improving them because no one is using them. Often the reason I wouldnt use them is because they were half-baked and not useful yet. A lot of easy fixes to UX are ignored for these half baked features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do a PoC first and do not trust that features they say will be implemented soon will actually be implemented or will be implemented properly. If you are unable to navigate the the application during the PoC, you may receive less support when you actually sign on. The most attention I received when using Torii was before initial signing and around renewal time. A lot of the license utilization data is not exactly trustworthy unless the source of truth is an actual Torii integration. Dont expect them or anyone to be able to do anything beyond what that application's API allows. Could use improvements in managing software without integrations
