What is your favorite aspect of this product?

To me, it is how the product provides a "proactive view of the world". With a few tweaks here and there, it could become the only app IT really uses. I used every day, it was my CRM. I think that with improved reporting, device management, MDM, and integration monitoring (similar to salto.io) it could really become the only IT app most mid market companies need!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting was clearly under developed and the usage for some apps were not always accurate, which could lead to some frustration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Tracking license usage is only a small part of the product, the real value is on the workflow automations, because you can link IT with all other business areas. Also, review your ERP integration requirements and if the setup meets Torii data needs, else you might risk spending some time after implementation to adjust it.

What differentiates Torii from other similar products?

The one thing that stands out about Torii is its ability to combine different variables such as usage, expenditure and overall automation in one package and execute it with reliability. Multiple teams can align through one dashboard and can work & collaborate simultaneously on it. The AI technology has also enabled quick decision making and prioritizing the parts where most work is required for sure to make better decisions on our behalf. So when we compare it with other products on the whole, Torri ability to save us more time and accelerate the work productivity definitely proves as an advantage over similar such products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The combination and clear visibility of all the tools being used in the organization can be viewed and supervised using Torri which sure is a huge advantage for me. As a leader in my field, it offers a clear visibility of the work route that we have taken so far and enables even better decision making. We can support long-term planning in our work ecosystem and brings out a whole new sustained working model by producing efficient reports, trends and overall automation of the work procedures.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The IT technicalities could be troublesome for some users who have more expertise in business operations rather than in technology. Setting up a beginner level data set and aligning it with the right execution is kind of a tedious task on its own and requires expertise on the whole. So handling this tool for beginner level users or even business leaders could pose as a challenge in the beginning for sure.

Optimize and weight out all of your options according to your business needs. You definitely need to browse through all the options that Torii can help you in and see what suits you most, so you can wisely invest in those packages which are beneficial for you in the long run,

It is robust software for those looking to control their investments. It is necessary to have a dedicated person/team to analyze and manage it, otherwise it will become obsolete and will not provide all the information it is capable of providing
