What differentiates Todoist from other similar products?

It's incredibly simple to use and keep track of different categories of tasks. The comments section and notifications are also especially effective and easy to see and respond to.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

t's an extremely easy to use app, so it doesn't take as much time to create lists and tasks as it does with some of the other more complicated to do list apps. We used it to help us manage and share tasks at work when we were a small team and it was super effective. We would receive notifications when we were assigned something and could comment back and forth on that particular task, making it an efficient way of communicating as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish that it was easier to customize email reminders for lists and tasks. Also, as our team grew, our manager felt we needed a more complex task management system that utilized task hierarchies with dependencies. Combining ToDoist's easy categorization system with a dependency process (one person marks something as complete and it triggers someone else to do their part) could make it more appropriate for larger teams with more complicated projects to manage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For a health care practice not needing to break down complicated projects, it was a great tool. It didn't take much time to create tasks list like it does with other systems like Asana or Clickup so I feel like it helps teams work smarter not harder.

Todoist Business has the prioritization process, which ensure there is commitment and focus with the project that is basic or demanded. Further, finances and other forms of resources are completely enhanced or managed by the tool to ensure accurate usage.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Todoist Business is consolidated, where it monitor the work plan or progress, more so in every business move. There is genuine capitalization of every procedure hence, money or finances follow every operation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Todoist Business is more realistic in managing the tasks that businesses take, which is a fundamental requirement in a better work plan.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Todoist Business is the road map of the procedures that the firm requires to take, and there is clarity for every financial step and procedure.

What differentiates Todoist from other similar products?

Todoist is on our top list and we choose to use it because of its ease of navigation, numerous integrations quick add tasks, a free version, and additional team and filter features. You can organize your tasks easily and fast. It is also easy to use and provides great features that aid in the management of tasks. It has excellent client support teams that are very responsive and quick to answer questions. It is chaper compared to other tools we have used before. Its ability to use it offline and its user-friendly interface is incredible. It also works on various platforms and devices like Android, Windows.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We use it to keep priorities in line when managing multiple tasks. I can prioritize all tasks with simple sorting and viewing options. I can set reminders for monthly weekly and daily tasks to enable me not to miss out on incomplete tasks. The template feature has been beneficial for onboarding new staff as they are easy to create and use. Todoist recurring task feature that enables me to recognize any saved repeating due dates. Its integration with other applications allows access to data easily. The user interface is modern and sleek.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the important are not available for free users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Todoist app has everything you wouldn't expect in a task management tool. It is highly effective for managing weekly, monthly and daily tasks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for use for both personal and business tasks. The benefits of using Todoist outweigh the shortcomings.
