What differentiates Titan GPS from other similar products?

I can't say as we have not tried any other GPS products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of implementation and communication with support staff

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have had some minor delays in billing, but issues were minor and were resolved quickly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I can't speak to all of Titan's features, as we don't use all of it's functionality. But for tracking of a small fleet, it works well for us

What differentiates Titan GPS from other similar products?

I love that you have the ability to see all of your units on one screen at the same time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's great that you can click on a unit from the main map to see details about it or historical trails while still keeping all the other units visible.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a 2 minute delay when monitoring vehicles in real time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product is great for gathering data that happened in the past. It's also great for general overviews. The downfall is when you are monitoring a specific unit in real time because there is a 2 minute delay in location tracking, which doesn't help when you are speaking with a parent or school about a missing student - 2 minutes seems like an eternity in situations like that.

What differentiates Titan GPS from other similar products?

The tracking of equipment and time tracking for employees are great. Certain capabilities for some of the equipment tracking have never worked but I still get billed. I am being overcharged for the time tracking compared to what I was originally promised. My contact person is mostly not accessible and has not assisted me with most of my complaints.. My previous contact person was much more reliable and helpful. There were features that were supposed to be worked on but progress has never been updated. I feel that I am still getting overcharged.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are many aspects. Time tracking, forms and equipment tracking are my favorite.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer support and updates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have been recommending that people wait for kinks to be worked out and then this product would be a very good fit for municipalities in Saskatchewan.
