What differentiates ThreatLocker from other similar products?

Easily managed application whitelisting separates this product from others. Also, the MDR team is fantastic and is the best we've ever dealt with and is very informative and responsive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favorite aspect of the product is the security it provides as well the Cyber Hero team. The product is very good but the support is amazing

What do you dislike most about this product?

Learning how to implement the different applications. There are quite a bit of them and they are very specific on how they need to be set up. One "fat finger" can bring an environment to its knees.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend anyone considering this product to purchase it. It's a great product that solves many security issues with the variety of features within the product.

What differentiates ThreatLocker from other similar products?

While most products defend based on a database of threats as they get discovered, Threatlocker blocks everything. It truly is a zero trust first platform. In a class of its own.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Configuration manager is my favorite part, it helps IT departments handle remote workers without the use of an expensive MDM forward service like Intune, also has mitigations for zero day attacks and policy enforcement, so you can be sure that policies stay enabled at the workstation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does so much, so it can be hard to grasp at first what all it can do.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go to Zero Trust World, onboard with a Solutions Engineer, and dedicate a few staff members to owning it. It will be one of the best investments in security that you make.
