What differentiates Tenable Nessus Patch Management from other similar products?

Its reporting and analytics capabilities are superb, it offers detailed results like it displays missing patches that have been surpassed as well as older fixes that do not have to be applied because current patches address the same issues saving us a lot of time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Nessus is the finest tool for vulnerability scans, in fact, it provides discoveries and, more importantly, correct findings. Because it is focused on scanning the systems and applications, it does not perform penetration testing or exploit vulnerabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Price can be a problem in some scenarios.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Implementation was extremely easy with the assistance of their implementation team. It's install footprint is extremely small, and the CentOS based appliances are very efficient.
