It helps organize internal and external duties. Cards provide task lists and board views. Teamwork lets you manage time, files, and notes and exchange email-linked communications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be beneficial to have many perspectives on the board of the project. Due to temporary issues, our employees have not been able to access their Teamwork assignments, links, or timesheets for a variety of projects. These issues occurred because we had intermittent outages. We've been able to get back on track whenever things have gone wrong because to the support desk that Teamwork provides.

It is strongly advised that you use Teamwork in order to get acquainted with the system's capabilities and shortcuts. Because collaboration is a system, it may take some time to adjust it to the processes of your firm.

Teamwork isn't powerful enough to be out of the box and ready to use, so it requires far more setup than originally thought. Building milestones and task lists for each project in Teamwork was my favorite part of the software. The ability to use task templates that are simple to modify was another something I like. As a result of the task templates, it was a breeze to manage a large number of projects that followed the same approach. As a project manager, this was a huge time-saver. It was easy to collaborate on a job by tagging and attaching papers to it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Teamwork didn't have many flaws in my opinion. The quantity of training materials in TW is something I'd want to see increased. In my experience, I learned fast since TW is so simple, but I believe a few more in-depth resources would be great for finding shortcuts and other useful information.
