When I can’t find a particular item I make use if this software’s powerful search tool to locate files and conversations. Teamwork allows us to manage tasks through the list view and there is the option of linking task lists to Milestones

What do you dislike most about this product?

Precise features when it comes to managing team resources and identifying who is heading for burnout or available to help out. Team capacity bars that give us full resource visibility without digging for any information

With Teamwork you can make changes ti elements in your plans literally in a few clicks and in most cases, by simply dragging and dropping elements. This is a tool for every kind of a team

We use Teamwork in our company to manage the work and projects of our clients, providing alternatives and new ideas that can be profitable for them while maintaining the initial budget and delivering progress in the stipulated time, Teamwork gives us a great solution thanks to its large repertoire of functions that make our work much easier and keeping our customers satisfied with the results of their projects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The categorization of projects allows us to keep our jobs in order by classifying them by type, which makes it much easier for us to go back to them and check their progress. The team management tool keeps each of our workers unified on a common project, increasing productivity and the chances of task success. It is very easy to implement and use due to its interactivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We would like to have a team chat feature as we then need to communicate in other ways, however, it is only a minor enhancement to the tool. We would like to segment the timelines better as we cannot define a calendar with holidays or days off, which gives us erroneous data at the end. We need more table charts as the options are very limited within the tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Teamwork is best when used by few users and does not require a very heavy data load, works best as a central project scheduling, is quite useful as long as used correctly, with a great customer support that makes them quite reliable. Recommended to small companies that provide consulting services of all kinds and require to automate the progress of each of the projects in question.
