The best tool to support remote employees

What differentiates TeamViewer ONE from other similar products?

TeamViewer provides a few options to support remote employees and allows to mix of options from always-on agents that can be connected at any time to agentless support to allow users to initiate the session.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

TeamViewer is well established, both our MDM and ITSM have out-of-box integration that can be set in a few minutes. Pricing is very reasonable and the value is excellent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing we don't like is that SSO is only available on the Enterprise plan, which is much more expensive than the Team plan.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider installing the agent on all non-employee computers to gain full remote control on computers like conference rooms, media players, etc.
