One of the most effective remote control tool

What differentiates TeamViewer Remote from other similar products?
Using the software is child's play. Both for the technician who has never used Teamviewer and for the end customer, it is very easy to guide a novice user to give us a hand on his PC. The tool includes a wide range of features (file transfer, chat, device/server management) and after using a dozen tools, this one is the best.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Optimization of the time to take control of the computer, with the quick support function, we were able to put a client directly on our website and it takes less than 5 minutes to guide the user to download teamviewer, retrieve the codes and take control of the computer even for a novice user!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Perhaps the price may hold some back, as the solution has a significant cost. However, we adopted the solution without hesitation in view of the benefits and the savings made, especially in terms of ease of use and time spent.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With over 12 years of experience, I have tested a dozen remote control software. Teamviewer is without a doubt the best, if your budget allows it, do not hesitate!

What differentiates TeamViewer Remote from other similar products?
TeamViewer is very easy to use. Even though I have little knowledge of technology, I can use TeamViewer right away when I first use it. It helps to solve my problem immediately when I am not in the office or when the technical supporting person is out of office.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The favorite aspect of TeamViewer is the speed. I can control the other computer from my computer very easily and quickly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Maybe it is because every time I need to access to a computer, I need someone to open that computer and send me the code. It is very inconvenient for me. I do not know if TeamViewer development team can help the users to control the computer in a more active ways. For example, each computer has an unique code and we can use TeamViewer to access the computer right away with the right code.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a good software to use and helps to solve many office problem, so please use it

What differentiates TeamViewer Remote from other similar products?
TeamViewer is very user friendly. It has lot of features. One can easily work with remote computers and solve the problems easily through TeamViewer. Some of its major features includes recording of sessions, chatting in real time, sharing of documents and links. Also to add the sessions formed are very secure as they are encrypted.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Connecting PCs from anywhere in the world with easy access over the internet.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are no dislikes as such. Being a great product, it makes life easy by providing a platform for sharing screens over the web.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would surely recommend others to go ahead with the product as the platform is very easy to use and provides an easy way to connect with the peers in real time.
