What differentiates TeamViewer Remote from other similar products?
Teamviewer has the ability to take the snapshots of the remote screen. It gets its name for the reason as I can include multiple parties in a connection. Control of the computer can be passed from one person to another
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The great feature is the ability to drag and drop files from one computer to another. It supports remote printing, remote chatting, and wake-on-LAN without any specific configurations
What do you dislike most about this product?
Every system needs to have Teamviewer and the same version installed on it, or else it won't work. It needs a fast internet connection to perform
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Teamviewer is a solution for remote control, desktop sharing and file sharingwhich works behind any firewall. It is the app which allows you to remotely connect to multiple workstations which are not located in the same place

What differentiates TeamViewer Remote from other similar products?
It allows me to remotely take over the control of a device including the keyboard and mouse in order to take actions on the endpoint I am controlling. Teamviewer Remote Management also supports real time chat and file transfer
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Teamviewer Remote Management supports multimonitor support. Additionally, Teamviewer supports access to 4K/ultra high definition computers. Screen resolution is automatically scaled down to support the connecting device's output interface
What do you dislike most about this product?
When connecting to computers with a slow internet connection speed then the speed of the connection being streamed accross the internet is slowed down. Therefore it is advisable that users that need support havr a strong and stable connection
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Teamviewer Remote Management is designed for use by IT departments that need to monitor, track and patch a wide suite of endpoints and cloud applications

What differentiates TeamViewer Remote from other similar products?
there are other applications such as VNC but implementing it is a bit confusing, however teamviewer is intuitive for the common user, it is installed and configured in a few clicks, which allows us to provide immediate support.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
a clean, simple, easy to use interface, everything is in one place, it allows us to manage users and store them in the contact list, it allows you to configure the image quality to improve transmission speed, the chat works very well , we can share resources with the remote team, be they files, sound or actions such as copy and paste.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the mobile version is not as good as the desktop version.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
is the best alternative to assist customers and provide quality remote assistance, with teamviewer you don't need to go to the place you just need an internet connection and teamviewer installed.
