What differentiates TeamViewer Remote from other similar products?
we're using the connections for remote work users who require access to their Apple iMacs because they don't have the necessary space available at home. So far, this has been the best solution for our team members to stay productive
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows unattended remote access control, it also has a portable version for Quick support for remote access to an end user device by running the application without installing any software or requiring administrator rights allows us to perform Windows and third-party updates, Works on Windows, Apple, Mobile and Tablets.
What do you dislike most about this product?
compatibility with Apple needs improvement, no it is not possible to transmit the sound.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a very complete product ideal for technical support, I highly recommend it, you only need internet and have teamviewer installed.

Among all the options that exist, teamviewer will always be the easiest and most efficient when using it, you can install it and connect in seconds.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How easy it is to install and configure. Intuitive interface for any level of user. It has a portable version to carry it on a USB stick. It allows us to share resources between the host and the remote team, you can share files, network, copy and paste, use chat to communicate. the price is accessible
What do you dislike most about this product?
the version for linux and android should be better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is ideal for scenarios where distance is a limitation for computer technical support, it works excellent to provide assistance from anywhere regardless of the distance, it is the best application in that regard.

Quick to establish active sessions and helps keeps data secure with its advanced encryption protocols. It also saves the details of each active session in the form of notes, logs, screenshots, and recordings soon after it ends
What do you dislike most about this product?
It doesn’t work through proxy servers. Machines are only accessible when they are active and available

Its screen sharing features allow users to view, share, and control desktops of other participants. The solution is accessible on devices such as smartphones, desktops, Linux, Windows, and macOS
