Affordable and secure remote access solution that reduced operational costs and enhanced service continuity for our business. I have used to help employees walk through device issues or directly take control of it because TeamViewer makes any device accessible at any time and from anywhere

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The access and control on TeamViewer are unrivaled. We share desktops, remotely control devices, manage files, remote printing, mobile management, and more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

TeamViewer is a little complex to understand at the start and there are resolution adjustment issues when remotely accessing and making changes to remote desktop files and systems

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There is no hassle of installing applications on your devices, and it can be done conveniently with TeamViewer. It is a powerful remote desktop software that you can use for sharing screens and remote controlling devices
