What differentiates TapClicks Marketing Operations Platform from other similar products?

We use the TapReports product from within the overall suite of TapClicks offerings, so this review is about TapReports. Data integration is very easy between TapReports and the data platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and ongoing data loads keep the reports up to date. The TapClicks team is very responsive and helpful when we hit issues in TapReports.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the time savings afforded by automated data loads/updates - allowing our strategists to use their time to analyze and create value for the clients, rather than spending time pulling data from platforms. Automated data import into dashboards and reports also greatly reduces the risk of human error and reduces re-work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes bugs appear when feature updates are rolled out, but they are generally resolved pretty quickly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When evaluating, compare the data combination (dimensions / metrics) and data visualizations available with what you're expecting to be able to provide to your clients to determine if you can show things how you want to and/or what workarounds you'll need to develop.

I may say the price since I did not use many of the features.
