I don't like the slowness of the support team; they need to work faster.

TapClicks is great for creating client dashboards, and I recommend it to agencies that use many platforms. If a company doesn't use any add-on services, they are being unprofessional. For companies that work with a wide variety of vendors, the API connectivity is invaluable.

The customizability of reporting dashboards for clients, pulling reporting decks for presentations and organize how the data is organized and presented to the client.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use on our end and on the client's end for accessing campaign data in an easy to read, organized way. User permissions is easy and convenient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some data limitations that cause some pain points, like how a dashboards need to be shared for all clients, so making one small change will change the way the data is presented to all clients, forcing you to create a completely new dashboard. Data also refreshes only once per day, which takes a lot of time and makes it so data from the day you are viewing is not available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Making the pulling in of data quicker and more often, as well as allowing small changes to dashboards available just to select clients without needing to create a new dashboard.

TapClicks integrates with hundreds of ad tech and marketing technology companies via API. In our research, TapClicks offered the most integrations in the market. It is very easy to connect and import data via TapClick's API. We also had wonderful support at TapClicks which is sometimes non existent in this space.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The end user can easily customize date ranges and with a click of a button, you can analyze data trends over a specific time period. This helped our clients understand the direction their advertising campaigns we going in minutes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the custom margin and markup rules we had to configure in TapClicks was difficult. It cost our team valuable time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Executing on product enhancements on time would be a big win for TapClicks. We were told from time to time that new features would be rolled out, but most of the team these new product upgrades were delayed.
