Licensing model was best, given our low number of users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Visual design

What do you dislike most about this product?

Component settings can be ambiguous, and the documentation doesn't always clear it up. It would be helpful if the documentation included downloadable examples.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Talend seems to have feature parity with its competitors and technical support has been excellent. So, I can definitely recommend Talend.

The customization capabilities and straightforward approach, very user-friendly

It kinda eats up a lot, though it is to be expected when working with big chunks of data
