What differentiates Tableau from other similar products?

Tableau desktop application can perform slowly when we are dealing with large data set, especially when dragging and dropping on switching from one worksheet to another and it can reduce the development speed so to avoid this use a small data set for development. Tableau has been a great asset for analyzing various reports and data sets.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The one advantage about this software is that it has good verity of filter support that we can use data and it can be drilled down slice and diced, supports column level sorting. It provides multiple features, like different charts, graphs and tables and mathematical and statistical functions for analysis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The one disadvantage about this platform is that it create very problems when we are using extracted data source the publishing to server and importing to desktop works really slow, since it is transferring the extracted data along with the tableau logic, Editing the table columns are quit tricky that it is not flexible as compared to its competitors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have been using different visualization tool but tableau is very easy tool to use. Some of the good feature that I most like about this software is that it’s switching or swapping functionalities of the views is awesome. I highly recommend Tableau as a business platform for both report designers and users because it provides unmatched flexibility in developing and using data sets in multiple ways.

Basically it can perform analysis on any form of data this is very unique feature.

The dashboards part, you can make dashboards without any manual effort.

The merging of data came from different sources.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Most of the features are listed on the bars and the user interface is up to date. The graph selection feature, which automatically highlights the available graphs based on the uploaded data, is one of the best. Using tableau is a breeze thanks to the incredible drag and drop usability and ease!

What do you dislike most about this product?

I frequently remark that while Tableau is simple for end users, it may not be as intuitive for creators. It would be simpler to create set dashboards (without containers) and when a dash is expanded it doesn't mess up the other spacing, it would also be simpler to add URLs (without actions on a separate sheet), among other things, if I could change a few things. Good overall, though.
