What differentiates Tableau from other similar products?
With the aid of Tableau, we can infer how a piece of data behaves, produce KPI reports for clients, and get a sense of how the product can develop in the future.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This is a fantastic tool for drawing conclusions from data and understanding the data. With the use of this tool, we are able to make a variety of charts, including word charts, pie charts, bubble charts, and many more, to give us an understanding of the data and how it is moving. To obtain both static and current data, it communicates with numerous clouds and static files. The drag-and-drop functionality of this application, which is simple to use and makes computations in the device, is also what I appreciate most about it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Most of the features are extremely great. More graph-related options may be available, and setting up a dashboard might be simpler. For novices, creating a dashboard and a story might be challenging at times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The Tableau system allows for immediate adjustments and active participation. With Tableau, users can drill into specific figures, eliminate irrelevant information, and quickly change displays. This vibrant environment enables people to ask questions right away and receive rapid responses, fostering a more exploratory and collaborative approach to data analysis. Amazing product for data preparation/ETL

What differentiates Tableau from other similar products?
Tableau Prep is an amazing product, my organization uses Tableau and to prepare the data we were manually doing it with python but it took a lot of time to create the ETL pipeline and it wasn't user friendly for business users. So we moved to Tableau Prep which is a completely workflow based and no code tool. This has helped us create data pipe lines for multiple dashboard since it is very easy to learn and user friendly even for the business users. The performance and support to tableau products is better than other BI tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The feature to create data extracts directly as an output is great. Since we are able to publish that data source in Tableau server and we are able to connect directly and create amazing visualization.Also it has amazing features such as adding rows , aggregations , Script etc
What do you dislike most about this product?
Tableau Prep has a lot of bugs. I have been using 2020.3 and have tried updating as well. But the bugs didn't disappear but I am sure the engineers are working to fix this. But other than that it is a great data preparation tool
