What differentiates StarfishETL from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simply put, my favorite things is just what it does. The amount of data flow and interpretation involved to produce what our Sales team needs from what our Operations team does is mind blowing and StarFishETL gets. it. done.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For me, as the CRM Admin, it's too hands off to help troubleshoot. I have to rely on 3rd party support and it's not super clear when the integration fails. We have to wait for a problem to know their is a problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a steady, reliable system. I would consider it a first choice depending on the internal support you have to manage.
