What differentiates Stackify Retrace from other similar products?

Clear stack traces and matching errors, logs, and call stack to a request. Fully integrates performance to the stack trace.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Request tracking and error logging in the trace.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Adding new servers and applications can take a long time to populate and can lead to thinking that you set up the application wrong only to have it appear in the list the next day.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a little time when setting it up. The setup itself is easy, but you could waste time trying to get your servers to appear in the list. Just wait a little bit before debugging.

The amount of information tracked helps us a lot in solving problems.

Do not give up installing / configuring if you experience problems during these processes. The final result impresses and helps a lot

Easy to integrate and nice customer support

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to integrate and customer support is very good. There was some problem in node and we were unable to add our server in stackify. The team helped and updated us about the patch release. We updated the version and were successfully able to add in monitoring.

What do you dislike most about this product?
