What differentiates Stackify Retrace from other similar products?

Glad to see an all web option.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Web based and accessible

What do you dislike most about this product?

The search capability which is hugely important does not work reliably making it very hard to use when investigating issues. Also, there is no 1 year retention which makes it unusable for our PCI needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Stackify Retrace from other similar products?

Friendly and helpful support team, stability of the platform (it scales well), and ease of integration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It helps us build better software for our customers by identifying issues and slowdowns so we can engineer solutions and fixes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Very few downsides; there have only been one or two technical issues in the several years we've had this installed and integrated into our stack.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a shot -- you won't be disappointed. We have a .NET app and this tool has been invaluable and helped shape how and why we architect our software in specific ways. It also lets us measure the impact of performance improvements which is highly valuable.
