What differentiates Sprout Social from other similar products?

They're constantly working on new features and finding new ways to help social media marketers get more out of the platform. While it can be costly, their technology can give you better insights than pretty much anyone else in the industry.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In addition to new features and tech, their customer service team is one of the best in the industry.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price can add up quickly, but it's well worth it if your team can swing it. Just make sure you're only paying for what you use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Learn about everything Sprout can do for your brand. It will definitely seem expensive compared to the others, but as the first publicly traded social media tool, there's a lot of pressure on them to deliver - and they DO deliver.

What differentiates Sprout Social from other similar products?

The clear focus on social integration. It is a "social first" platform. Not something intended for another use that just slapped "social" on to the name. And it shows.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Scheduling, Smart Inbox and tagging. These three features alone make it worth the cost. Scheduling is essential for any sort of social media strategy. The Smart Inbox ensures you never miss a comment or message. And tagging makes reporting efficient and clean.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost is the hardest part. It is pricey. But if you manage 3-5 channels with lots of engagement and need to regularly provide reports, it's worth it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you need a solution this robust. Sprout is not intended to serve your basic social media needs. It is for the professional and is priced and featured accordingly.

Sprout has a very user friendly design and look and continues to integrate with other social platforms, allowing your to import them your dashboard.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sprout is very user friendly, an easy "all-in-one" Social platform to monitor all of your social platforms in one dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sprout is on the pricey side, costing our business over $99/month. We do not purchase the upgraded options.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommend if you are looking to monitor all of your social platforms in one location. It is very easy to import your social channels and engage with customers, if you have a lot of social activity.
