What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?
There were decent features to the software, I simply found it very clunky to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I didn't have one.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Clunky to navigate. Nothing seemed as intuitive as it should have.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider ALL your options before picking up this tool. We were able to significantly decrease costs by moving to Buffer for scheduling for several months. Then we got HubSpot, which solved all our social media monitoring and scheduling needs.

Excellent social CMS, but expensive

What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?
I find it to be an excellent all around tool but not particularly differentiated from other similar providers when it comes to social.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
They have a great client support team and their sales team was extremely willing to work with us to create an ad hoc package that met our needs while also providing financial incentives to switch.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I found their data visualizations to be lacking, but more significantly the platform did little to provide additional insight analysis beyond the data, which I've found other tools much more adept at.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do your due diligence and make sure to research a variety of similar tools to find a package that not only achieves your business needs but also finds a package cost that is aligned with your finances.
