Comparing Splunk Enterprise Security from others it has a powerful threat detection capabilities and indentify security incidents in real time . Also respond to security threats effectively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love best how it is easy to manage and understand since offers workflows that are easy to follow and uses language that is easy to learn. Integrate seamlessly with a wide range of 3rd party tools.Offer customizable dashboards and correlation rules making it straightforward for us to tailor detection mechanisms that matches our organization needs.Also it provides a comprehensive visibility of security events and vulnerabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing of this product is abit higher which can limit the accessibility of a small organization with limited budgets.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Spelunking Enterprise Security is the real master in security information and event management. 10/10 recommendation for any organization .

What differentiates Splunk Enterprise Security from other similar products?

Price - and now that Cisco owns it, it's hard to tell if they will make it better or worse. Their track record is pretty poor, so I'm very concerned. Make Elastic or even the free open source products attractive at this point.

Cost. While it's an awesome product, it's very expensive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Wait to see what Cisco plans to do to it before making the investment.
