What differentiates Sophos Endpoint from other similar products?

Classic antivirus protection like any other antivirus except for the ransomware/crypto part where the solution was really efficient!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sophos provides protection against the following threats: Malware, Unwanted applications, Web threats, malicious behavior Very effective in handling false positives and adding rules, etc. The software offers tamper protection with unique passwords to disable them. Controlled items such as applications, devices and firewall rules. And if I'm not mistaken, the analysis relies on AI to detect unknown threats by analyzing behavior.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some remediation are sometimes complicated to manage (create a rule to allow certain applications)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Considering the price and the different options available. Make sure you do a 30 day trial before you start.

What differentiates Sophos Endpoint from other similar products?

It is very responsive to any indication of a possible threat reaching the end user's machine. Since we put it in place it has found thousands of potential infections that would have infected us via RATs, worms, emails, and malicious webpages

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It can detect malicious software even if it does not have a known signature in the endpoint database. Gives in-depth analysis on current and detected threats

What do you dislike most about this product?

A bit resource-intensive, especially on machines thta are a little older. I have seen it take up too many CPU cycles andd bog down the rest of the machine

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product for any organization to have a standard level of security applied to the end user's machines. The price of the product is perfect and customer service is great as well

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Rather than examining hundreds of millions of known malware samples, Intercept instead focuses on the relatively small collection of techniques used to spread malware

What do you dislike most about this product?

It consumes a large number of system resources and this affects the performance of devices

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a versatile tool for companies that need to protect multiple endpoint devices with a quick ROI
