What differentiates Sophos Endpoint from other similar products?

I have observed that the User Interface of the Software is quite good, and it's simple to setup in the mid-level organizations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Even though Sophos is one of the finest security endpoint protection applications, there are still certain areas that require work, such as the misclassification of some programs as threads. Additionally, the initial deployment of Sophos and its settings takes a lot of time for larger organizations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say that every IT industry must have to purchase this product from a Security point of view.
