What differentiates SonicWall Network Security Manager from other similar products?

Not much these days if I am honest, most vendors have pretty standard features now. They do only charge a single license fee when using high availability hardware which is something Fortigate doesn't do.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

High availability

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its application and web filtering user scoping is horrible and is not very granular which doesn't work in an education environment

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get a demo unit and make sure it feeds your needs.
