What differentiates SolarWinds Security Event Manager from other similar products?

At the present time the Internet has been attacked by Internet criminals who have made the network a vulnerable space attacking the data of natural users and large companies. In large organizations, technology areas have become a fundamental factor for development and competitiveness due to the fact that the Internet has become the most important communication channel on the company

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Compiles, secures, regularizes logs and events from devices and applications present in the system, as well as those external to the system. It performs real-time correlation of computer data to identify threats and attack patterns across the network. Through its Active Response application, it automatically responds to suspicious activity, including blocking, deleting and closing devices and user sessions. Uses keywords on both real-time event data and historical data in predefined or customized time periods providing refinement on the data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Inability to determine the cause of risk in terms of data vulnerability.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The implementation of security and data protection policies are executed in each entity to guard the information assets, so that it is disclosed or modified only by the authorized user. It delves into important patterns that generate suspicion and thus instantly alerts possible violations to the company's network. It's very user friendly. Have very advance features like realtime packet capturing features. Very easy to learn and implement.

They are more effective and more user friendly than other software companies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its overall usage across the enterprise of different functionalities used in my industry.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The service technicians are not forthcoming in the processes used in the resetting of the program to our company's operating systems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product is easy to use but the service technicians are not giving up their information on how to reset certain faults. You must call them in to physically reset.
