What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

My day-to-day sales operations are handled entirely in Smartsheet. I created a dashboard to track my open and concluded sales, products suggested, billing key performance indicators, and other metrics critical to my success. It is also used as an input form tool by external marketing partners to collect data from clients attending events and webinars. It makes it possible to see numerous useful insights into our regular sales and marketing operations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Teams and individuals that are accustomed to working in Excel will find Smartsheet to be a natural transition. This tool will be especially helpful and somewhat familiar if you have a large number of users that handle their own projects in Excel or Google Sheets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Visually, charts, cards, and dashboard widgets may be more adaptable. Smartsheet's Dashboards appear less interesting when compared to Power BI's. We require a greater variety of colors, additional charts, the option to choose background animations, etc.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Fits the needs of businesses that want to streamline operations, create workflows, manage data entry through forms, and display information via dashboards. Isn't the ideal option for businesses searching for an Agile-based project management board because it lacks some of the most up-to-date features and functionality, such as sprints, problem kinds, versioning integration, deployment analytics, etc.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Smartsheet having automated workflow which makes life easier, The solution Center have various templates which can be easily used plus the Dashboard which allows you easily to monitor the project progress and to identify any red flags, Overall, it gives you a full control on the project process and you can easily set automated mails and automated notifications

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best in Smartsheet is the Dashboard, its amazing dashboard as it gathers all the required data from the project progress and show it on the dashboard which allow also to migrate several projects in one dashboard

What do you dislike most about this product?

I didn't found any issues on Smartsheet but sometimes when the data siza is high it takes sometimes in loading

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a project management app which can be easily integrated with your internal system, so you have to try Smartsheet as it allows you to attach what files you want plus the ability to monitor your project progress

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

With the speed and quality that Smartsheet allows us to deliver everything in record time. We have been able to track all of our processes through the automation features that Smartsheet has given us from the beginning. The level of learning is extensive. Creating forms and being able to add columns easily has been the best thing that Smartsheet presented us with in our license.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet allows you to automate the entire work schedule in all areas necessary to do an exceptional job making use of numerous tools and without allowing any type of collapse when working. It has allowed us to synchronize almost perfectly and gives us security when sending copies of files internally on our network. It is like any Excel spreadsheet, but with many more tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you do not have previous experience with this software, it can be difficult to use it for the first time. We need that when we buy the license it comes with tutorials so we do not have to make the external expense of training our novice employees.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall it is a decent application. We had a lot of trouble trying to use their giant template in terms of features and what the tool can and cannot do. Some aspects of this tool are limited (even for the more advanced accounts). Your support agent could not help us when it comes to templates.
