Smartsheet performs task management well by allowing teams to create ,assign and also track tasks in a shared workspace.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has limited customization options for non-techbical users.

Smartsheet is user-friendly and centralizes information so that it is available to everyone who require it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheets's excellent support staff is one of its best features. When I first started working for the firm a year ago, I knew nothing about Smartsheets. However, the staff was more than willing to teach me the ropes and assist me in creating exactly what my company required. The chief executive officer has given me the green light to promote widespread use of Smartsheets as a means of accelerating our initiatives this year.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The inability to programmatically rearrange sheet rows is a major drawback for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Using a project queue to organize ongoing work has been quite useful for our company. With a form where they may detail their request in detail, attach relevant files if necessary, and send it off, the requester has a lot more control over the process. Then, we may delegate work within our team, track who is doing what, communicate with the requester if necessary, and finally, mark the assignment as finished.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

We are excited that the Smartsheet platform has so many tools that act as a direct extension of team collaboration, allowing us to focus entirely on creating reviews and interactive sessions to address each other's work and ultimately create a network. Each participant can give each other advice on it. The other does the highest quality work. When it comes to customer service, Smartsheet allows us to interact during business hours and stay completely online, allowing us to communicate easily with just a stable Internet connection. Overall, it has good technical support and the staff is very knowledgeable about Smartsheet's features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Can be used to cover project operations and therefore, to some extent, project marketing, which is usually handled by marketing agencies. It offers a very large collection of templates for different types of dashboards. Smartsheet allows us to create our own personal level portfolio so that each employee of the project team can present their ideas and resume in an organized manner.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Inability to design and model workflows within the platform sometimes limits our view of the work. Lacks some features seemingly necessary for business process management, such as straight-through process mapping systems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Because it can be used by teams of all sizes, people find Smartsheet suitable for almost any environment that requires teamwork. It is not suitable for certain types of monitoring, for example, in the financial domain or business process scheduling. It is well suited for agile project development. It allows you to create and program your own portal so that our customers can directly access the project. Agile methods and Gantt charts can be used without problems when the classic scorecard approach is fully used.
