I have managed to create projects easily and simply using this tool, it is extremely rewarding to be able to create a better workflow and create multiple projects without affecting the performance of each one, Smartsheet is flexible software and you can create collaborations with your team.

Through Smartsheet I can manage all the projects, tasks and manage all the portfolios that have a degree of complexity, through this work tool you can easily manage your entire workflow, with Smartsheet you can increase productivity and create a Better collaboration with your work team, you can also better monitor each task and manage all the functions to perform each job, through this platform create better strategies for your work and you can use it no matter where you are.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing that displeases me so far, Smartsheet has exceptional fully customized functions to manage your jobs and projects correctly, through this platform you can create a much more dynamic work.

To create a better organization and planning you can use Smartsheet, it has exceptional integrations such as Salesforce, Outlook, Google Chat, Slack, Google Drive, calendar and other applications, it is a good platform to manage projects and tasks.

Smartsheet is a dynamic work platform for businesses. Smartsheet is a renowned cloud-based work management tool that empowers businesses.It is unlike Easy Projects it is a cloud-based project portfolio management (PPM) tool for medium-sized and enterprise-level companies with teams on the move.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The capacity to automate tasks and information, as well as receive task updates. For a project manager, automation saves time by allowing for automated follow-up and updates. Except for business apps, which are simply a better GUI for sheets than viewing them individually, SmartSheet's main strength is that it does not require costly licensing for collaboration in most cases. This is why we chose SmartSheet over Monday.com and other similar services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

SmartSheet isn't really clever. Formula implementation isn't always done effectively, and it can be painful at times. Customers must pay for a pricey add-on in order to pivot data, which makes no sense. This ought to be included as a regular feature. On paper, the dashboard experience sounds fantastic, however SmartSheet dashboards aren't great, and the ability to view data isn't flexible or intuitive, resulting in a terrible user experience. It's not PowerBI or Table, and I don't expect it to be, but it should aspire to be more like those when it comes to data visualization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Smartsheet is an excellent tool for keeping departments and teams up to date on project and task status. While I wish it had more logic capabilities, the advantages far exceed any disadvantages. During the initial learning curve, I found the lessons, help pages, and convenience of contact with a live customer service professional to be really beneficial.
