What differentiates SignRequest from other similar products?

More simple for client use. With other sign request, there tends to be more complicated steps. With sign request, it is short sweet and to the point. Clients have given us compliments about using such an easy to work system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect would be how easy it is to use. You set up the boxes in the required field and send it off. There are no extra steps, or delays with it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of security. If for some reason you send it to the wrong email address, there is no going back. I think being able to add something simple like a pin to be able to open the sign request email is something that can go a long way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use it 100%, just make sure to double check where you're sending it to, along with the documents attached. This is more of a human error, but sign request doesn't have much to help reduce the risk of human error.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Determine whether you need knowledge-based authentication. If not, this is a very affordable solution if you are not high-volume, as each document does take some time.
