What differentiates SignRequest from other similar products?

Walks the client through the e-sign process. Once one box is signed it will help auto-fill the rest. Also features prefilled dates which is nice. And sends both an email of the signed document and keeps it in the software files.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The prefill feature and the prompting are the best aspects of SignRequest.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You have to upgrade versions to add team members.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Compare SignRequest to other softwares like SmallPDF and DocUsign and note the difference between the user experiences for the clients/signers.

What differentiates SignRequest from other similar products?

Pricing model is far more fair than most products out there. Simplicity is the key, no unneeded features or hassle.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of simple workflow implementation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

New GUI that is proposed since a few months is disturbing for most of our users... Change management is always difficult to carry our especially bringing people from paper trails to SignRequest. We shouldn't "upset" them even more by changing the GUI too drastically.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look at what you want in the first place : don't look for future features that aren't and will not be here. Use the basics and integrate it in your own workflows/ERP/online sales, whatever your usage will be. You'll get good value for money in return. For proper integration with your own products, hire a consultant/DevOps if this is not your core competency. The roll-out will have much more chance to succeed that way.
