Customisability within a Campaign

What do you dislike most about this product?

Large org - difficult to move information across Campaigns. Significantly reduces momentum for innovation processes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To what extent can innovation in their business follow existing processes, or will processes need to be updated around the system. Updating processes will cause friction in their innovation efforts.
