The difference is the integrate with existing ServiceNow workflows, making it easier to automate risk assessments, track issues, and improve collaboration between business and IT teams. And it's ability to connect governance, risk, compliance, and IT operations within a single platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how its brings risk, compliance, and governance activities into one centralized platform and It is provides better visibility across the organization and helps teams understand how technology, processes, and business risk are connected.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The biggest limitation is the user experience I feel could become simplified for occasional users. While the platform offers powerful capabilities, navigating through different features and reports may take some time for new users to become comfortable with.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
From my experience, my main recommendation about ServiceNow GRC to organizations that need a comprehensive solution for managing risk, compliance and governance across the enterprise. And bI also suggest is to be clearly defining your governance requirements and planning the implementation carefully with the right configuration and user training, it can provide strong visibility, automation, and better control over enterprise risk management.
