What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is an effective tool that works well and integrates extremely well in our SIEM platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be nice to hear more from the account manager at SentinelOne to have a better grasp of upcoming roadmap.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest giving it a try, it is easy to get up and running and is easily trialled on a small group of machines for a POC.

What differentiates SentinelOne Singularity Platform from other similar products?

SentinelOne Singularity Platform definitely excels when it comes to cloud readiness, based on its cloud-based foundation. It also possesses real-time monitoring and response, which ensures that threats are recorded immediately and acted upon. An important advantage of the platform is that it employs the machine learning approach for the development of the threat detection algorithms, which are further updated in real time, offering state-of-the-art protection that adapts to threats.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In the first place, the platform’s outstanding feature could be considered as the simplicity and all-encompassing protection that does not affect the performance of the point. It has simplicity that provides easy working on the complex security management tasks, which is why it is preferred by the IT teams. One outstanding advantage is that it allows remote investigations and response actions to threats as they are sorted out, irrespective of the physical location.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, there are still aspects of the SentinelOne Singularity Platform that may produce alerts that need further investigation, and such activity might place a burden on the resources. These include issues to do with the need to provide more integrated features within its reporting tools in a bid to work better in various organizations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Encountering SentinelOne Singularity Platform has proved to be a learning process in endpoint security. It was easy to implement into our IT environment, and the real-time threat identification feature of the platform has been impressive. The flexibility of addressing threats has improved the reducing of the window of exposure considerably. Its machine learning feature is always in constant learning of new threats, hence providing the needed security and confidence. Also, its ability to customize dashboards and control panels enables every team to customize the platform to suit its requirements, and this fact has been significant during its adoption process in our organization. Within my organization, I have adopted the use of Singularity Platform to cater to a few problems within project management and group collaboration

What do you dislike most about this product?

The basic version has a storage capacity that is a bit wanting, a weakness that will prove to be counter-productive in case you have vast data to deal with.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it as an ideal tool for those who require a system that provides real-time information. In our organization, it has been of great support, which is why I recommend it.
