What differentiates Semarchy xDM from other similar products?

I haven't used similar MDM products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's quick to set up a basic application. Helpdesk responds quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's difficult to configure when tailoring the application. A lot of planning is required, it gets complicated quickly with a lot of dependencies that can cause issues. Helpdesk does not always provide the most helpful responses. Lack of training available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dedicated semi technical personnel are required to become experts.

Record Linkage Ability to find records in a dataset that refer to the same entity across different data sources

Record Management Includes ability for Data stewards to monitoring data quality, taking action to determine the root cause of flagged issues and recommending remediation actions.

Data Modelling Tools Includes ability to model complex relationships between internal application sources and other parties.
