There are many areas where Semarchy xDM has outperformed the competition, such as its quick and helpful customer service, the product itself providing comfort to its users by becoming simple to use and manage, price is another area where it shines, and most importantly, all of its features are sophisticated and can operate in the way that we want.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The User Interface of Semarchy is really simple and intuitive to use so that is why it is my favorite. Semarchy xDM may be used to create a wide range of data applications for a variety of audiences and at any scale. I enjoy how a single solution allows me to create reliable and more intelligent data apps that manage master data, facilitate information governance, and ensure high data quality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When we just picked it up like other platforms, it gave us an uncomfortable vibe and we felt like we were going to get trapped. Surviving was challenging, but we were able to get through it with the right customer service. Everything has driven us into a comfortable setting over time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Semarchy is recommended by me because of its great customer service, low cost, flexibility of set up, and customizability. The day we have picked Semarchy xDM we realize that we have found something more adaptable and economical. From the day we have implemented we no longer have something to be concerned about.

Unlike most software in it's category, it combines MDM, RDM, and ADM among other features

I like that Semarchy xDM is highly effective and resourceful It's an affordable software considering what other competitors are offering I like that we never have to worry about data management

New users always have issues with the tool and requires training

I highly recommend Semarchy xDM thanks to it's many features. It very effective in master data management

Semarchy xDM has been invaluable in assisting us in establishing a central, secure, and efficient data hub. It also works smartly and applies unique techniques to liberate us from the annoyance of master data administration and to entirely eliminate all of the issues we couldn't handle.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a cost-effective approach with a robust feature set. Its simplicity in terms of usage and customizability is just outstanding. It offers us the flexibility to fit it by existing workflows smartly. The installation speed and process are just simply incredible. Finally, Semarchy xDM has provided us with fantastic service and we had a great implementation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because the feature set is so extensive, there is a high learning curve to mastering the tool and getting all of its capabilities. The process of keeping records and Closed group management is a little perplexing. The reporting is somehow tricky and it is also really hard to generate custom reports.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to efficiently store, manage, monitor, and analyze a large amount of data on customers, products, and clients, as well as other data created by apps on a daily basis in a central location, then you are on your path: absolutely you can go for Semarchy xDM right away.
