Selenium is completely free and open-source, making it highly accessible to a broad range of users. This contrasts with commercial tools like QTP, Rational Robot, and TestComplete, which require licenses and can be costly. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is open-source nature which allows our team to adapt Selenium to fit their specific needs like customize tests, and build robust automated testing frameworks without being constrained by vendor limitations or licensing costs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For beginners, Selenium can be challenging to set up and use effectively. It requires knowledge of programming languages, frameworks e.g like TestNG, Juint and tools for managing test data, reporting, and debugging. This learning curve can be daunting compared to some commercial tools that offer more user-friendly, GUI-based test creation.
